I’m Ercan Kahya, founder and lead advisor. With a background in computer engineering (Koç University & UCLA) and senior product leadership, I apply a data-first, risk-focused approach to real estate investing.
With over 7 years of on ground experience in Dubai, we help investors make clear, strategic, and confident decisions in a fast-moving market.
Together with our team, we manage the entire investment journey end to end - from sourcing and acquisition to rental strategy and ongoing property management. Whether the goal is rental income, capital appreciation, or long-term portfolio growth, our philosophy remains the same:protect capital first, then grow it intelligently.
